This program is our six sigma approach to quality/process improvement. In order to achieve the goal of "doing it right the first time and every time" OSRAM SYLVANIA has embarked on a process quality improvement program.

The concepts underlying our approach deal with the fact that process and product variation is known to be a strong factor affecting manufacturing lead times, product and process costs, process yields, product and quality and customer satisfaction. We offer two- four week training programs with an intensified training process to develop employees so that they utilize PQI principles and tools.
