OSRAM SYLVANIA's Associate Development Program in Information Technology offers an unequaled opportunity to gain professional competency through real-world business exposure. As an Information Technology Associate, you will be given assignments that focus on different facets of the information technology function such as:

• Being part of the group which is the single point of contact for all OSRAM SYLVANIA business users for the resolution of information technology problems

• Participating as a member of a key information technology project or process team and having the opportunity to do programming, systems design, testing and implementation

• Implementing new technologies associated with network, server, or desktop design and analysis, including working with computer platforms, operating systems, and various network technologies

The program consists of three 8-month assignments rotated over a two-year period to encourage exploration and advance leadership, problem solving, decision making and other skills.
