- Participating in team activities to promote involvement, share ideas and gain the commitment of employees at all levels of the organization
- Supervising a department or work area with responsibility for meeting safety, quality, production and cost targets
Academic Requirements:
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Ceramic Engineering or Chemical Engineering
