Canadian National Customer Support and Distribution Centre
The centralized Canadian Customer Service centre provides toll-free communication across Canada. With extended hours of operation, the department serves as the point of contact for all commercial, industrial, consumer, automotive and specialty lighting inquiries.

Personalized service means a one-on-one relationship with customers to meet individualized needs. Customer Service personnel are continuously trained on the latest product and application innovations through employee development and continuous improvement. Fully bilingual customer service representatives are available to provide customer support across Canada, while the technical services department is also accessed through this organization.

The Canadian distribution centre totals over 160,000 square feet. To store inventory for distribution across Canada requires an effective use of space. To reach the maximum storage capacity per square foot, a state-of-the-art, high-density, push-back racking structure has been installed. With prompt order service and guaranteed fill rates, stock levels are continually replenished for consistent customer service excellence.
