The National Customer Service and Sales Center is a call center that serves as the central point of contact to domestic and international home and business customers for all transactions, consumer information and technical support. The center fosters a self-directed team environment where product technical support is provided via the telephone, Internet and through training programs conducted at the Center's LIGHTPOINT® training facility. The center also is headquarters for OSRAM SYLVANIA's U.S. transportation department.
