OSRAM SYLVANIA presents the newest member of the METALARC SUPERSAVER family: the 920W SUPERSAVER. This industry exclusive lamp saves approximately 8% in energy costs when used to replace 1000W metal halide lamps. This energy savings translates to $144 per fixture per year over the life of the lamp². No ballast change is required to make the switch from 1000W to 920W SUPERSAVER. With the same life as the 1000W metal halide lamp, the 920W SUPERSAVER is a simple solution for reducing energy costs.

The METALARC SUPERSAVER lamp family also includes 360W lamps that are direct replacements for 400W lamps and 150W retrofit types for 175W installations. The 360W lamps are available in PRO-TECH designs suitable for use in open fixtures.

OSRAM SharXS HTI short arc, eXtreme Seal, double-ended metal halide lamps provide a new dimension of power and much greater flexibility in modern entertainment lighting environments. In moving head fixtures by Martin Professional, Clay Paky or Vari-Lite, HTI lamps produce more light than comparable lamps of the same wattage. The employment of eXtreme Seal (XS) technology, a protective layer at the press seal, enables lamps to successfully withstand thermal temperatures up to 450°C, compared to conventional temperature limits of 350°C.

OSRAM SharXS HTI double-ended metal halide lamps also feature pre-aligned lamp bases. When installed in SFc10-4 lamp holders, the lamps can be quickly and precisely mounted, optimizing the lamp performance and output in the fixture. OSRAM SharXS HTI lamps are available in 200, 400, 575, 700 and 1200-watt versions with colour temperatures ranging from 6000K to 7500K, providing brilliant, bright light for demanding lighting applications.
