The QUICKTRONIC PROFESSIONAL SYSTEM 32 T8 Instant Start Universal Voltage ballast family has recently been expanded with the addition of 1 and 2-lamp high ballast factor ISH (PLUS) models that compliment the existing 3-lamp ballast. SYSTEM 32 UNV ISH operates OCTRON T8 lamps at a 1.18-1.20 ballast factor to deliver 36% more light than standard T8 systems. As a result, two FO32/XP lamps operated on a 2-lamp ISH ballast provide the same light output as a 3-lamp standard T8 system. Combining these ballasts with energy saving 28W SUPERSAVER T8 lamps achieves an additional 12% energy savings and 20% longer lamp life (18,000 hours at 3 hours per start). |
