QUICKTRONIC® High Efficiency Series Instant Start DL40 Universal Voltage Systems

OSRAM SYLVANIA launches an industry exclusive, the new high efficiency fluorescent system, consisting of DULUX® L 28 Watt SUPERSAVER® ECOLOGIC® TT5 compact fluorescent lamps which operate on SYLVANIA QUICKTRONIC® QHE High Efficiency Instant Start ballasts.

High Efficiency (QHE) energy-saving electronic DULUX L 40W ballasts save up to 6 to 9% over standard electronic ballasts without compromising light output or lamp life. The added energy savings also provides for a quicker payback. SYSTEM DL40 is available in a two lamp and a three lamp model. Both are Universal Voltage (120-277V) models.

SYSTEM DL40 provides over 30% more lumen output than 34T12 systems at nearly the same power input. Also, the small lamp diameter and sleek profile provide new design options and improved fixture optics. SYSTEM DL40 ballasts contain QUICKSENSE ballast technology, a patented circuitry designed to shut down the system reliably and safely when the lamps have reached their end-of-life.

Thermal Management Solutions for DRAGONpuck & HFDisk

OSRAM SYLVANIA is continuing with its leadership by providing complete system solutions, including offering thermal management solutions. This new heatsink helps to provide proper thermal management to the DRAGONpuck® and HFDisk (coming soon) modules allowing for a service life of 50,000 hours at a Tc Point of 40º C.

DRAGONstick®

The OSRAM DRAGONstick brings new possibilities for white light applications. Each module contains either six or twelve Golden DRAGON™ Hi-Flux LED's mounted on a metal core board and is operated with our OPTOTRONIC® 24V power supplies. The DRAGONstick provides 150 lumens/ft for the 6 LED versions and 300 lumens/ft for the 12 LED versions. This new module is ideal for shelf , under cabinet, refrigerator and freezer display case applications.

OPTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR HF²Stick & DRAGONstick®

These optics are a supplementary optical lens for the DRAGONstick module, 6 LED version, and the HF²Stick (coming soon). The optics provide light intensification and protection of the modules. The Spot lens can easily and accurately be positioned over the LED by means of the self adhesive base. There are three sub lenses available that can easily be snapped onto the Spot lens. There are 4 different beam angles that can be achieved with the spot and sub lenses.
