OSRAM SYLVANIA is pleased to introduce the QUICKTRONIC High Efficiency T8 Instant Start 347 Volt ballast to the Canadian market. SYLVANIA QUICKTRONIC High Efficiency (QHE) electronic T8 ballasts save up to 6% in energy over standard electronic ballasts without compromising light output or lamp life. These ballasts also meet the most demanding utility rebate standards. The 347 volt ballast operates with FO28 lamps providing 30%-50% energy savings when compared to F40T12 magnetic systems. QUICKTRONIC High Efficiency ballasts use instant start operation to provide the highest system efficacy and to assure low temperature starting capability. Instant start also provides for maximum remote wiring distances. |
