It starts with the ballast. When you purchase any QUICKTRONIC eHID ballast, it's warranted for a period of 36 or 60 months**. Then when you add SYLVANIA lamps, you benefit from additional coverage for those lamps; that's the "Plus". (For lamp replacements, OSRAM SYLVANIA will send lamps to your facility-no labor for lamps.) OSRAM SYLVANIA provides a number of service options at no cost to the customer.
With the SYLVANIA lamps and ballasts, your installation will enjoy the highest levels of performance. And with QUICK+, if there is an issue, there's only one phone call to make; you won't get caught in the middle!
