The DL700 and DL1100 are Directional Light Engines that consist of high-brightness LEDs (DL700 has 12 and DL1100 has 24) on a metal core board (MCB). These light engines can be designed into a variety of housings in combination with optical components. They can be used in a wide spectrum of applications including down , track , area , and accent . Both light engines have an average rated life of 50,000 hours and are optimally paired with OPTOTRONIC® constant current, class-2 power supplies.
