An integrated system with digital display temperature control, it has the same foot print of popular European manufactured air heater/blowers.

Enhanced features include a precise air temp regulation to ± 2° ensuring consistency in your end product:

1200°F max (650°C) ± 2° for the 1.5kW model
1400°F max (760°C) ± 2° for the 3.0 and 4.5kW models

Flanged Inline Heater for Ultra High Pressure Process Air or Inert Gases

If you require large volumes of high temperature, high pressure air or inert gas - SYLVANIA's Flanged Inline Process Heaters are the solution of choice.

• Produces Exit Air/Gas temperatures to 1500°F (816°C).

• Withstands Inlet Air/Gas temperatures to 1100°F (593°C).

• Maximum 400kW 480V 3PH 482A power/flow capacity.

• Gas flowrates up to 2000 SCFM (56,600 SLPM / 152 lbs/min (air)).

• ASME certified pressure vessel 800 psi (54 BAR) at 1200°F (650°C):

     o 10" Incoloy 800HT pipe

     o 10" Incoloy 800HT Class 1500 flanges

• Replaceable element cassette.

• Will customize to suit application.
