T5 Axial Connector Type

• 2 USCAR 2-Way Connector Interfaces
  • Top Latch
  • Side Latch
• 2 Lug Patterns
  • Unkeyed (4 Equal Lugs)
  • Keyed (1 Wide Lug)
• Accepts T5 or T3¼ Wedge Bulb
• 2 Flange Seal Options (1.69 & 2.80 mm)

Wire-Type Axial T5 / T3¼ Lamp Socket

• Large bulb positional window greatly minimizes bulb stubbing potential
• Common terminal design for all focal lengths
• Covered terminal edges protect bulb during insertion
• Minimized overall length
• Individual wire seals, wire gages 22 to 16
• Flange seal thickness available for 1.75 or 1.95 panel thickness
• Design concept will support a T5 FFL of 17.6 to 35.4 mm with the same terminal (T3¼ FFL range 11.2mm to 29mm)

Custom T5 / T3¼ Lamp Sockets

• OSI T3¼-T5 terminal designs allow for a greater product flexibility on custom applications.
• OSI has manufactured extended T5 sockets up to 125 mm focal length for specific applications.
• Sockets can be configured to mate with any connector system.
