Since 1955, SYLVANIA's metal base operation has supplied the industry with high quality lamp bases manufactured to close tolerance requirements for incandescent, fluorescent, and HID applications.  We pride ourselves as a high speed, high volume manufacturing facility, streamlined to meet the demand of low cost, high quality bases and stampings.

Our Process
SYLVANIA uses state of the art manufacturing equipment, including progressive die and transfer stamping presses, a pneumatic parts handling system, staking equipment and a modern glassing facility.  Other in-house capabilities include thread rolling, stress relieving, and component cleaning.  We also produce an array of high volume metal stampings.
