Our Process
SYLVANIA's begins with the processing of tungsten ore allowing for complete control of the product quality right from the start.  Our high grade non-sag tungsten rod and wire is then drawn to specified diameters and wound into filaments on our custom designed and technically advanced winding machines, which hold the tolerances needed for proper lot-to-lot lamp making efficiency.  Our updated streamlined process allows us to meet the ever growing demands for low cost, quality products.
