Our Process
Our manufacturing capabilities include a full complement of welding machines, percussive and resistance welding capability, glass beading, formed leads, and on-line process monitoring.  Backed by years of welding expertise, we produce uniform runs of precision welded leadwires and assemblies that meet our customers' most stringent requirements.  Our capabilities extend to a vast array of materials with diameters ranging from 0.16mm to 2.3mm, including:
