Arizona Metal Halide Lamps- Provision is effective 1/1/08; no mention of what “effective” means – presumed to mean sell date.
Arkansas State Agencies use high efficiency indoor lamps - The goal of state agencies will be to purchase 100% high efficiency indoor lamps by 1/1/08.
California Incandescent General Service Lamps - Non-compliant products manufactured after 1/1/2008 may not be sold.
Connecticut Incandescent Reflector Lamps- Non-compliant products manufactured on or after 1/1/2009 are not allowed.
Hawaii Encourages all state, county, and local government facilities to use compact fluorescent light bulbs by 1/1/2010
Maryland Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Non-compliant products may not be sold or offered for sale on or after 1/1/2009 and may not be installed for compensation on or after 1/1/2010.
Massachusetts Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Non-compliant products may not be sold or offered for sale on or after and may not be installed for compensation on or after 1/1/2009.
Nevada General Purpose lamps -Non-compliant products may not be sold as of 1/1/2012 
New York Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Awaiting confirmation from NY Department of State; draft expected December, 2007.
Oregon Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Non-compliant products manufactured on or after 1/1/2008 are not allowed. This replaces Non-compliant products may not be sold effective 1/1/07 and may not be installed effective 1/1/08.
Rhode Island Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Non-compliant products manufactured on or after 1/1/2008 may not be sold or offered for sale and may not be installed for compensation on or after 1/1/2009
Vermont Incandescent Reflector Lamps- Non-compliant products manufactured on or after 1/1/2008 may not be sold or offered for sale and may not be installed for compensation on or after 1/1/2009.
Washington Incandescent Reflector Lamps - Non-compliant products manufactured on or after 1/1/2007 may not be sold or offered for sale and may not be installed for compensation after 1/1/2008.
