The Compliance Helpdesk is a website and telephone based resource offered by the Siemens group to its employees, suppliers, customers and business partners. It can be used to report non-compliant behavior of employees, suppliers, customers and business partners of the Siemens group.
Non-compliant behavior includes:
Fraud and misconduct regarding accounting, auditing and financials
Violations of competition and anti-trust laws
Conflict of interest
Corruption, embezzlement and theft
Misconduct regarding the protection of the environment
Falsification of contracts, reports and records
Stock-related securities violations, including prohibited insider trading
Inhumane working conditions
Any other misconduct or inappropriate behavior that results in a criminal offense or violates human rights
