How many people does it take to change a light bulb? 300 million by complying with the new Federal Legislation.

Beginning January 2012, EISA legislation will phase out inefficient incandescent light bulbs resulting in significant national energy savings and a much reduced carbon footprint. This includes medium screw base general service and decorative bulbs. In addition, some reflector lamps will be phased out in July 2012.
