Managing Personal Growth

As a result of feedback from employees and managers of the need for a systematic career development methodology, we offer a 1.5 day Managing Personal Growth (MPG) workshop to assist employees and their managers to structure a career development process.

This workshop is designed to help participants improve their current job contribution by taking more active responsibility for managing their own growth and development. A major focus of this workshop is an assessment of the participant’s values, job, future career desires and skill level.
