California has two standards which apply to lighting.  The first is Title 20 which establishes minimum performance standards for appliances of which lighting is apart.  The second is Title 24 which establishes energy requirements for residential and non-residential buildings.  Attend and learn how lighting applies to these two energy saving measures.
